We have introduced our A.B.C Programme (Activity Based Controls) that focus on identifying works activities and the associated top 5 risks and putting appropriate controls in place to manage risk. We believe through our research that these top 5 risks identified account for up to 90% of incidents and accidents in the workplace. Identifying these risks with the individuals undertaking the activity through competency assessments makes the individual consider the risk and controls required.
